On older/less able systems, this game can take a while to load. Keep an eye on the console/command window, and if no errors come up it is still laoding.
HOWEVER, when using the launcher, there is an error with the construction worker class (and possibly others) where is you choose that class, the game will not load. To fix thism either choose another class, or use the ZIP file.
